My plans for summer holidays
I have decided to stop being a couch potato and explore the world this summer.
When I was younger, I wasn't a fan of travelling. I would rather stay at home. But now when I am older, I have a desire to explore the world a little bit more. My first stop will be Zagreb. At the end of June I am going to visit my cousins. I haven't seen them for a while so I bet they have changed a lot. I am also looking forward to spending some time with my aunt in Samobor. We are going to go for a walk in the city centre and try some of its delicious cream cake. My next stop will be the island of Božava. Tea has got a house there so Klara, Tea and I are going to spend a week there in July. Our plan is to explore the island. We are going to find all the shortcuts, go swimming at night and maybe make some new friends. I can't wait to do all these fun and adventurous things. My last stop will be England. The idea of travelling to London and Devon came out of the blue. In fact, my mother got a phone call from her friend offering Klara, Tea and me to spend ten days in London and take part in a language course in Devon. I was thrilled when I heard the news. We are flying to London in August. I bet I will take the biggest suitcase because I'm kind of a weirdo when it comes to packing. It will be my first time on the plane and far away from home. I feel a little bit nervous but I hope everything will be okey.
I am very excited for all this to happen. I will keep all these memories close to my heart and I think I will remember this summer for the rest of my life.
